Bio: Feliz Martone is a native New Mexican and the founding attorney of Legal Legacy Trusts & Estates PC, a boutique estate planning firm in Albuquerque dedicated to helping families protect loved ones and preserve their legacies. Her practice focuses on preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and business planning, with a special emphasis on special needs trusts and planning for individuals with disabilities.
A graduate of University of New Mexico School of Law, Feliz served for 18 years as a Social Security Disability Claimant’s Attorney, advocating for individuals navigating the complex system of disability benefits. She is a member of the New Mexico Women’s Bar Association, the Hispanic Women’s Counsel, she serves on the Board of Directors for the New Mexico Deathcare Network, and is a part of the leadership team for Albuquerque Women in Business for Good, a nonprofit supporting local organizations benefiting women and children. In 2023, Feliz was honored as a Diverse Business Leader by Albuquerque Business First.
